Standard Intake

A thorough psychiatric evaluation to understand your history, current concerns, and goals. We build the foundation of your care together.
Complex Intake
$400
For individuals with multiple diagnoses, medications, or complex history requiring extended evaluation and a more detailed collaborative treatment plan.
Medication Management
$175
Regular follow-up visits to review medications, monitor progress, adjust treatment, and address any new concerns.
Extended Follow-Up
$200
A longer follow-up for when more time is needed — navigating complex changes, medication adjustments, or deeper clinical conversations.
Super-bills provided upon request. Patients with Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with Health Savings Account (HSA), or Out-of-Network (OON) benefits may be eligible for reimbursement — we recommend contacting your insurance company to verify your out-of network mental health benefits prior to your first appointment.
